BAL implements its quality management system in accordance to ISO 9001 in all of its business fields.
BAL strengthens its technological prowess and quality competitiveness while increasing its growth potential and sales power thus increasing its market share.
BAL shall continuously improve the effectiveness of Quality Management System in activating the quality renovation campaign throughout the entire company.
BAL will reflect customer requirements along with lawful and institutional regulations in its business and satisfy its customers through ethical management.

At BAL, our quality program is founded on intelligent effort. Each aspect of our work product contains the elements necessary for quality. We have developed a comprehensive Quality Control System that begins with our pre-construction services and continues through
post-construction, operation and maintenance.  Our built products exemplify our company culture and represent the highest standard in the industry. Our Quality Control System includes:

Quality Systems Document (each department summarizes departmental quality processes)
Quality Responsibility Matrix (lists Responsible, Support and Approving parties for each task)
Project Quality Plan (project specific plan, field prepared) 
Quality Control Record (field team completes for each phase)
Measurement and Benchmarking (project and departmental metrics constantly compared to industry data)
